Why is your feedback score what it is?
Lets face it, people who are happy with their order never think to leave feedback, especially on Ecrater. Ecrater sends an email with a link to leave feedback. Most buyers find it a hassle, as Ecrater does not make it simple. Plus, sellers cannot leave feedback for buyers here, so a lot of buyers simply do not take the time to leave feedback as they get nothing in return for it other than a thank you from me.
Buyers are happy, and I have had many buyers come back and buy over and over from me.
Unfortunately, you get buyers you regret even selling too as well, and more unfortunately, these are the ones who will take the time to voice their issues--none of them have ever tried to contact me first. They just leave the feedback. A couple people have done it for the time it takes to receive a card. Let me assure you, if you look at the postmark on your package, you will see I will have it in the mail the day after you buy it, if not the same day. Every time. The buyers who have complained about the shipping time never took the time to look at this post mark. If the post office takes 2 weeks to get the card to you after I have dropped it off, I fail to see how this is my fault. I have also heard of sellers with other stores buying just to leave negative feedback, making my site look worse in comparison to theirs. I cannot confirm this has happened to me, but I know other sellers it has happened to.
The long and the short is, yes, I am a very good, upfront, honest seller. Ebay has a more reliable feedback system. My ebay is speedmcsane. I invite everybody to check out my feedback there, and if you have any questions at all, please contact me at email@example.com.
Do you make your living selling cards?
Goodness no! This is simply a hobby of mine. I collect cards, buy packs and boxes, keep the cards I want, and the ones I don't I put on here. I do check every day--several times a day--to see if I have sold anything. This way, if I have, I will get your order out the same day or the following day. I take great pride in my site and in satisfying buyers. However, no, this is not a full time job for me. Just something I have a lot of fun with!
If I place an order, how soon will it be shipped out?
I ship ALL orders the same day or the following day at the latest. The only exceptions to this is Saturday orders (they go out Monday) or if a holiday interferes. If there is something else unforseen (illness, vacation, etc.) I will notify you and let you know when the order is shipped.
Do you contact all buyers?
Yes! Whenever I receive notification of an order, I email the buyer. This is true if you have paid immediately with Paypal (a thank you note and letting you know when the order is going out) or if you have yet to pay (a thank you note with invoice). If you have placed an order and have not heard from me within 24 hours, check your junk folder for an email from firstname.lastname@example.org.
I have cards I want to sell. Will you buy them or trade for them?
Occasionally, yes, I will buy cards. I am much more likely to buy if you live near Kissimmee, Florida, so I can see the cards in person. However, I will consider other cards as well.
